ABOUT ME
I am a social worker with 20+ years of experience, specialising in family-focused support. I work with children aged 3–18, teenagers, parents, couples and families navigating relationship difficulties, separation, divorce or trauma.
My services include socio-emotional assessments for children, play therapy, therapy for teenagers, attachment-focused therapy, parental guidance, relationship counselling, divorce counselling, mediation and the drafting of parenting plans. I also provide trauma debriefing.
My approach is supportive and tailored to each client’s needs and circumstances. I aim to help children and families understand their experiences, strengthen relationships, and find constructive ways forward.
EXPERIENCE
Amanda has 20+ years experience as a social worker.
For 12 years she worked in the government and church system. Here she rendered family care service.
During 2010 she registered as a private social worker. Her goal is to assist families in dealing with their situations.
